Chicken BBQ:
The chicken should be salted, peppered and dipped in garlic salt to begin with. You can use the prong hooks to lift the wings and put them on the fryers. Remember that what ever amount of chicken you cook, the time to cook it remains absolutely the same. So if it’s a party or a quiet dinner or a function, you shouldn’t be affected with the preparation time. Rotisserie the meat for about an hour to an hour and a half on high temperature and keep sprinkling Basting sauce every half an hour.
Basting Sauce
Basting sauce will be available in your local market. The sauce will add gravy to the meat to make the chicken mouth-watering. To complete the whole process, just add an estimated quantity of flour for desired results.
A secret for testing the meat temperature is to not let the thermometer touch the bone of the chicken because it leads to a wrong temperature unsuitable for the meat.
Rotisserie Chicken:
INGREDIENTS-
- A three pound (whole) chicken
- Salt to taste
- 1/4th cup of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon paprika
